Transfer articles to XPO Market

Connect your organization, map categories and send selected articles to XPO Market as draft listings.

Only administrators of your organization can do this.

Only organization owners and admins can manage the connection or transfer articles.

Connect the organizations

  1. Open the menu with your initial and choose Manage organization.
  2. Under Connections, select Connect XPO Market.
  3. Sign in to XPO Market if asked, select the market organization and approve the connection.
  4. After returning to Hakomi, check that XPO Market connected appears.

The Connect XPO Market button appears only when the server has the connection configured. If the Connections section says that market connections are unavailable, an administrator of the service must configure them first.

What if the connection attempt fails?

Return to Connections and try Connect XPO Market again. An expired or declined approval, a mismatched connection attempt, or a provider error leaves the organization unconnected.

Select articles for transfer

  1. Open Inventory and select between 1 and 96 articles on the current page.
  2. Select Transfer.
  3. Review Selected articles. No image and No description identify when no transferable web image or description will be sent.

The selection applies to the current inventory page. Archived or deleted articles that are no longer available are left out.

Choose the market and map categories

  1. Under Target market, check the country market. You can change the default before transferring.
  2. Under Category Mapping, choose a Select market category value for every inventory category or subcategory group.
  3. Select Create draft listings.

Saved category mappings are selected again on later transfers. Every group must have a mapping before the button becomes available. An article already listed in a different target market blocks the transfer until you select that market or remove its listing in XPO Market.

Each article sends up to 20 ordered web images. Images that are not available through an HTTP or HTTPS address are omitted.

Review the result in XPO Market

XPO Market reports each article as created, updated, unchanged or skipped. Hakomi combines created and updated articles in the synced count, lists unchanged articles as already up to date and shows skipped totals. A skipped row also gives the reason below the article.

The table can show Not transferred, Draft, Published, Disabled, Archived or Unknown under Market status, together with Last transferred. If the status lookup fails, the page says Market status unavailable. This does not claim that a transfer succeeded or failed.

Transfers create or update draft listings. They never publish an article. Open the listing in XPO Market, add its price and any other required listing details there, then decide whether to publish it.

What if the transfer fails?

Keep the page open and read the error shown below Category Mapping. Check the connection, map every category and try again. Hakomi does not report a completed transfer when XPO Market is unreachable or returns an unreadable result.

Disconnect XPO Market

  1. Open Manage organization and find Connections.
  2. Select Disconnect beside XPO Market.
  3. Review Disconnect XPO Market? and confirm Disconnect.

Disconnecting revokes the connection and stops further transfers until an owner or admin reconnects it. It does not delete listings that already exist in XPO Market.
