Follow up material that was not returned
Find overdue project material, return it to the warehouse, or remove lost stock.
Material is due back on the project's last phase date or latest truck return date. From the following day, stock that is still at a project booth or on a project truck appears under Not returned.
Find material that was not returned
- On the dashboard, click the Not returned attention card.
- Go to the Not returned section on the Material at Risk page.
- Find the project, then check its Due back date and each article's Last location.
Each row shows one article at one location. A box or pallet is included with the stock inside it, and the location path helps distinguish repeated names. Stock already in a warehouse is not listed.
Return an article to the warehouse
- Find the article and location under Not returned.
- Click Return to warehouse.
- Choose the Destination warehouse location.
- Check the amount. You can return part of the quantity.
- Click Return.
The app moves the quantity to the warehouse and records the project in the activity log. The row disappears when nothing is left at that project location.
Mark missing material as lost
- Find the article and location under Not returned.
- Click Mark as lost.
- Check the amount. Enter a whole number up to the quantity shown.
- Click Mark as lost.
The app removes that quantity from stock and records the project in the activity log. Use this only after confirming that the material will not return.
Which projects appear here?
Only completed, active projects with physical stock still at a booth or on a truck appear. Archived projects are not listed.
Can I do this without an internet connection?
No. Return to warehouse and Mark as lost need an active connection and are not queued for later.
