Move several articles

1. On the Dashboard, tap Move article. The Move Inventory page opens.
2. In From Location, scan, type or select the location that currently holds the articles.
3. Under Articles, scan a label or enter an article number in Scan article barcode. Online, you can also search the articles that have stock at the source location.
4. Leave Quick add 1 on to add one unit with every scan. Turn it off when you want to enter the quantity as you add an article. You can also change quantities in the move list.
5. Under Destination, scan, type or select the To location. Add an optional Reason when the movement needs a note.
6. Check the articles and quantities, then tap Move Articles. The app confirms Articles moved successfully! after the quantities change at both locations.

Use Rapid when you want the camera to reopen after each confirmed article label. Tap Stop when the batch is complete.

Move one article from its article page

1. Open the article and find the row for the location that currently holds it.
2. Tap Move on that row.
3. Choose the Destination, enter the Quantity and add an optional Reason. The form shows the physical stock and the unreserved quantity separately.
4. Tap Move. If the quantity includes reserved stock, the button is Review move instead.

What if project reservations block the move?

The section Review project reservations names the affected project and dates. Tap Move reservation too to move the stock and its affected reservation to the destination. The project and dates stay the same. To leave the reservation at the source, reduce the quantity and submit the move again.

How do I move articles without a connection?

Scan article QR labels and tap Queue Move. Typed article numbers and article search need a connection. The app checks stock, reservations and access when the queued move synchronizes.
