Load and receive a truck

Create a truck for a project

1. Click Projects in the navigation and open the project.
2. In Logistics, click Create Truck.
3. Enter the Location Name. Add the company, driver, vehicle or schedule details you need.
4. Click Create Truck.

The project is already selected when you start from its page. Use Move articles to move the reserved stock onto the truck. Its status changes from Not loaded to Loading when it carries articles.

Mark the truck as loaded

1. Open Trucks Loading from the dashboard, or open the project's Logistics section.
2. Find the truck and click Mark loaded.

The status changes to Loaded. Click Mark not loaded if loading is not complete after all.

Receive the truck at the project

1. Open Projects, choose the project and find the truck under Logistics.
2. Tap Receive.
3. Check the Destination. The project booth is selected when one is available.
4. Under Loose articles, keep the articles you want to receive selected and change a quantity if needed.
5. Under Boxes and pallets, keep each whole box or pallet you want to receive selected. Everything inside the selected box or pallet moves with it.
6. Tap Move.

Loose stock moves to the destination. Whole boxes and pallets move there with their nested locations and contents. Project reservations follow the stock.

What if the truck contents changed while the window was open?

Tap Reload contents. This clears the selection and Destination so you can review the current contents and choose again.

What happens without an internet connection?

The final button changes to Queue Move. The move is stored on the device and checked against the current truck contents when the connection returns.

What if the truck is empty?

The window says This truck has no physical contents to receive. Move articles onto the truck first, then open Receive again.
