Export and print lists
Export selected inventory rows to CSV or create printable article and project material lists.
Select articles from the inventory
- Open Inventory.
- On a computer, use Table or Grid. On a phone, use List or Grid. Apply any search and filters you need.
- Select individual articles with their checkboxes. To select every article shown on the current page, use Select all on this page.
Selection is page-bound for exports and article lists. If you need more rows at once, change Rows per page to 48 or 96 before selecting them. Articles on another page are not added by Select all on this page.
Arrange the inventory table
On a computer, choose Table to use these controls.
- Open Columns and choose the columns you want to see.
- Click a sortable column heading to choose or reverse the sort order.
- Drag the grip beside a column heading to change its position.
- Drag the right edge of a column heading to change its width. Double-click the edge to restore that column's default width.
- Choose Reset layout when shown to restore the default column order and widths.
The order and widths are saved in this browser. Search, filters and sorting are kept in the page address, so you can copy it to a colleague with access to the same organization. Use Previous page and Next page to browse the results before making your selection.
Export selected articles to CSV
- Select the articles on the current page.
- Select Download.
- Choose CSV (current language) for translated headings and numbers formatted in your selected language.
- Choose CSV (previous format) instead when an existing spreadsheet expects fixed English headings, decimal points and the previous column order.
An active Location filter changes the quantities in the table and CSV. They count stock at the selected locations and the places inside them.
The CSV export is a report of the current inventory. It is not a promise that every exported file can be uploaded again without changes. For a new import, follow Add many articles from a spreadsheet and use its current template.
Print the selected articles as an A4 list
- Select the articles on the current page in the order shown in the inventory.
- Select Print list.
- Review the articles and quantities, then select Download list PDF.
The PDF keeps the inventory order. Without a Location filter, each quantity is the article's total stock across all locations. With one or more locations selected, the quantity counts only those locations and the places inside them.
Why is an article missing from the list?
Only selected articles on the displayed inventory page are included. Return to Inventory, choose the required page or increase Rows per page, then select the articles again.
Print a project's material list
- Open Projects, then open the project.
- Find Material List.
- If needed, filter by Category, Location or Status.
- Select Print list.
The A4 PDF includes every matching article across all material-list pages. It uses the same category grouping and article order as the material view, with photos, quantities, locations and statuses.
Do I use this page for labels?
No. A list is an A4 report. To create QR labels for articles or locations, follow Print labels.
